The Cathedral’s Associate Organist/Choirmaster Alistair Nelson grew up in Australia, receiving his Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Sydney and winning the Open Section of the Sydney Organ Competition in 2005.

Alistair recently graduated from Yale University with a Master of Music degree.

While at Yale he was Organ Scholar and Interim Organist at Christ Church New Haven, CT.
